Bee Happy Spagyric
Bee Happy: Mercury and Moon rulership. Spagyric extracts of albizzia, bee balm, sugandi, bleeding heart, voacanga, parrot’s beak, and kanna. NOT TO BE USED IF CURRENTLY TAKING PRESCRIPTION ANTIDEPRESSANTS. Kanna is an incredible African herb used for PTSD by the native peoples coming home from war, and has been found to have the same effect as some antidepressants, but without the withdrawal and dependency issues. I have found it to be very helpful even for short term help with depressive states, trauma, postpartum blues, or general mood uplifting and anxiety. This combination of herbs helps uplift, overcome fog and darkness, relax the muscles, relieves physical and emotional pain, overcome loss and grief, as well as overcoming anger and clearing heat and stagnation, both physically and emotionally. Targets heart chakra, gut, nervous system. Helps open to spiritual growth and integration of deep lessons. Also targets neuralgia, pain, insomnia, hypertension, and irregular heartbeat, including and especially those of emotional nature. Voacanga also carries with it qualities of giving insight into life patterns, and was used by the Africans to connect with the ancestors, work outside linear time, and assist with life review, seeing patterns of karma and helping you get back on track. Sugandi has similar uses, including dream or visionary work, and also serves as a nerve tonic and anti-inflammatory, helping promote mental equilibrium, clearing the cobwebs of muddled thought and anxiety.
